Terms of Service
-I reserve the right to refuse or put a commission on hold at any time.
-Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
-I reserve the right to share the artwork on social media and showcase it on my portfolio unless it is agreed to do otherwise.- Refunds will be issued if I still haven't started the sketch and you want to cancel it. Otherwise, it will not be issued.
- If you chargeback after receiving the artwork, you will lose all rights to use the artwork and will be blacklisted.
-Payment is done through Paypal invoice using USD OR Gcash using PHP.
-Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions.
-Prices for the fees stated above will entirely depend on the complexity of the commission.-I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
-I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.
-The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights (unless it's twitch emotes).
-You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.
-When using twitch emotes, you must give me the artist role
-For commercial use (stickers, posters, etc.), you must purchase the rights from me at 250% the original price.
-Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.
